Proportional pressure/flow regulator ,TECNO Basic/Plus/Vacumm
TECNO regulator series is a proportional pressure control valves based on piezo valve as a pilot, piezo valve has higher dynamic performance and regulation accuracy at lower power cost, its min power consumption 30mW. The main valve provide high flow and exhaust capacity, max input pressure up to 14bar, flow to 1600 l/min.
Actual pressure feedback output, multi-linear correction, temperature compensation range 0-60°C, real-time integrated electronic close loop control will automatically reduces the error less than 0.5% betwen output pressure and setpoint.
Vacuum proportional pressure valve can convert electric signal to vacuum and positive pressure composite output, the effective control range -1.0bar pressure to 2.0bar;
0.1bar super lower pressure range proportional pressure valve provides 0.5% accuracy，max flow rate to 16l / min.
Ultra-low-flow proportional pressure valve output min flow 1.5l / min at 1bar.
